Join me for a hands-on Soup & Stew Workshop celebrating the comfort & nourishment of fall cooking. We will draw from seasonal ingredients to make a few delicious soups & stews to keep us warm and cozy as winter rolls into Maine.
You will learn how to properly build a soup from the ground up, building deep flavors from our stock, seasonal ingredients, and choice seasonings. Students will sit and enjoy their creations alongside a loaf of sourdough bread.
