For those who want to eat well without the stress of daily meal prep, I offer personal chef services tailored to your lifestyle. I cook in your home using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients—with a focus on nourishing, balanced meals that reflect your tastes and dietary needs. Whether you’re looking for weeknight simplicity, special diet support, or elevated everyday eating, I bring the rhythms of the seasons and the comfort of home cooking to your kitchen. After an initial consultation, I’ll design a personalized meal plan, shop for ingredients, and prepare everything fresh in your home—leaving your fridge stocked and your kitchen clean.
Pricing: Day Rates begin at $600 for a 6-8 hour window. Food billed separately.
Depending on what you have for packaging at home, there is a $100 fee to purchase proper containers for your home. -
Hosting a dinner party is an opportunity to create an unforgettable experience through food that brings people together. I offer intimate, curated dinner parties where every dish is thoughtfully prepared to highlight seasonal ingredients and elevate the occasion. From cozy gatherings to celebratory meals, I’ll work with you to design a menu that reflects your tastes and the spirit of your event. Whether you prefer plated courses or family-style dining, I handle the shopping, preparation, and cleanup—leaving you free to enjoy the company of your guests and the ambiance of the evening.

Plated dinners, family style, or buffet will be determined by the guest.
Pricing: Seasonal private dining experiences begin at $125 per guest.
For parties over 10 people, a server will be requested at a rate of $30/hr.
A 25% deposit is required to hold your date.

Our lobster boils are cooked and served on-site, bringing the bounty of the coast to any setting—beachside, backyard, or forest clearing. I source the freshest ingredients and cook with fire, intention, and a deep respect for Maine’s seasonal rhythms.

I offer hands-on cooking classes focused on seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and practical skills you can use at home. Classes may cover fermentation and preservation, wild and foraged foods, whole-ingredient cooking, and simple, nourishing meals built from what’s available now.
Classes are tailored to your interests and experience level and can be held in your home, outdoors, or at a private venue. Private classes and small group sessions are available.
